As soon as you open the Notion payment summary template, you can see the table entitled "Financials summary". The purpose of the table is to define all of the payments, the invoices, the total amount of money and the current status. There are four sections added by us, but feel free to add or remove as many sections as you want. At the end of the day, it's your very own template, so you can (and should) adjust it to all of your needs.
You'll then see the "Payment details" section. Here we always suggest typing all of the bank-related details of the payment, such as the bank's name, the IBAN, the SWIFT and the reference numbers. These IDs can help you easily identify the summary of the payments when you want to learn more about these. To be precise, these IDs are the most helpful when you go to your bank and ask for such details.
