In order for a survey not to look "spammy", it has to bring a nice atmosphere. Well, how to do that? It's Simple. Since we're working in Notion, we can add a nice banner and eventually an emoji at the very top of the page. While it's not required to do this, your end of project survey will look fresher with a banner.
You can add as many questions as you can think of. There's really no limit, but you shouldn't make the survey infinite. The next step in making a successful survey is actually thinking of the questions you want answers for. As a hint, we recommend asking for feedback on the work experience and on what you can improve within your company for the next projects.
In order for the users to send their answers right below each question, make sure to use the "Toggle List" function in Notion (this is the one used in our template). This way, the user opens the toggle list and they place their answer right below each question.
