How to add Simple Notion Forms in Notion

Aside from the Notion website builder, we've also got the Notion form builder, which we call Simple Notion Forms.

If you've just made yourself an awesome Simple Form but you're not sure how to add it in your Notion pages, we're now going to show you all about that.

Don't worry, adding your Simple Form in Notion is really easy. Let's get at it!

How to integrate forms in Notion

Adding a Simple Notion Form in your Notion pages or websites is easy. All you have to do is go to your forms, copy the embeddable code and paste it in Notion.

1. Go to your forms

First of all, you have to go to Your Forms in the Simple Notion Form Builder - the link won't work unless you're logged in your account.

In the upper side of the browser, you should see the "Forms" button. Click on that. Once you've clicked that button, you should see the list of forms.

Make sure to select your favourite one - it'll be the form that you'll want to embed in Notion.

2. Get the link of your Notion form

After selecting a form, you should see the buttons at the top of the page. Then, make sure to to click the "Embed Form" button.

Once you've done that, you should see a new pop-up about embedding your Simple Notion Form.

The button that you want to select is the purple-ish "Copy".

You'll need this code in your clipboard in order to embed the form in Notion.

3. Embed the form in Notion

Lastly, you want to go to your Notion page and paste the link. Upon doing so, you'll see three options:

  1. Dismiss
  2. Create bookmark
  3. Create embed

As you can see in the image above, the button that we need to select is the third one - "Create embed".

Upon doing so, you should be able to see the preview of your Simple Notion Form, like so:
